§ 31.051  MEMBERSHIP AND TERM OF OFFICE.
   The Commissioners shall take office upon their appointment and their terms shall run from February 1, after their original appointment, for a period of:
   (A)   Three years if selected by the Council President;
   (B)   Two years if selected by the Town Council; and
   (C)   One year if selected by the County Council.
