§ 33.22 FUND 249 LIT PUBLIC SAFETY.
   (A)   Established. The LIT Public Safety Fund is hereby created, which the Town Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the town.
   (B)   Funding. This fund will be funded by all revenues the town receives from the public safety local income tax rate.
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for any public-safety purpose as defined under I.C. 6-3.6-2-14.
   (D)   Reverting fund. This is a reverting fund.
