§ 33.21  FUND 211 YOUTH BASEBALL.
   (A)   Established. The Youth Baseball Fund is hereby created, which the Town Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the town.
   (B)   Funding. This fund will be funded by all revenues the town receives from any source regarding the youth baseball program in town parks.
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for any purpose related to the youth baseball program.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund.  This is a non-reverting fund.
