§ 31.038  ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board shall be organized, have meetings, pass rules and policy, have the powers and duties and operate the Department of Public Parks and Recreation all as set out in I.C. 36-10-3 inclusive, as amended.
