§ 31.036  DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      BOARD.  The Board of Parks and Recreation governing the Department of Parks and Recreation.
      DEPARTMENT.  The Department of Parks and Recreation for the town.
      TOWN. The Town of Darlington, Montgomery County, Indiana.
   (B)   All other words or terms as used herein shall have the same meaning as shall be ascribed to the words in I.C. 36-10-1.
