§ 31.020  TOWN ATTORNEY FURTHER COMPENSATION.
   The Town Attorney, in addition to retainer compensation as herein set forth, shall specifically be further compensated for his or her services in conducting litigation for purposes of enforcing the provisions of this code as against any person deemed to be in violation thereof or for failing to make payments to the town as required by the code. In that event, any person found to be in violation of this code or owing monies to the town shall be liable for the payment of the reasonable fees and expenses of the Town Attorney.
