§ 33.16 STORM WATER CUMULATIVE BUILDING AND SINKING FUND.

   (A)   There is hereby established, for the Town of Darlington, Indiana, a Storm Water Cumulative Building and Sinking Fund for the purposes set forth in I.C. 36-9-26-2(a).

   (B)   A user fee of $2 per customer of the Darlington Utilities within the corporate limits of the town per month is hereby approved, subject to final approval by the Board of Directors of the Darlington Storm Water Department.
