If improvements as proposed in the application for ERA status are not started within 1 year from the date of designation, the ERA permit therefor shall expire; however, the applicant may re-apply and the application fee therefor shall be 50% of the original fee. The re-application shall be made within 90 days from the date of the expiration of the 1-year period.
