§ 154.06  REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS.
   After receiving an application requesting ERA designation, the Council shall investigate the applicant to determine the best interests of the town, shall hold pubic hearings thereon, if necessary or advisable and shall thereafter make written recommendations to the Council as to the desirability or non-desirability of designating the area described in the application as an ERA. The Council shall make final approval of all applications and the application shall be attached to the ordinance.
