Any mobile home now in existence within the town and currently occupied for the purpose of human habitation, whether residential or business, may be maintained and continued or replaced; however, if the mobile home shall be abandoned from the purposes of human habitation for more than 1 year, the land shall not further be used for the erection, maintenance or occupation by a mobile home for the purposes of human habitation and violation thereof shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this chapter.
