§ 150.06 ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.

   The following rules, regulations and codes are hereby adopted by reference as the rules and regulations governing the construction and alteration of buildings and structures in the town:

   (A)   Construction Rules and Regulations, Volume I, 1978 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana;

   (B)   One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, 1976 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana;

   (C)   Electric Rules and Regulations, Volume II, 1978 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana;

   (D)   Plumbing Rules and Regulations, Volume III, 1976 Edition, amended 1976, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana;

   (E)   Mechanical Rules and Regulations, Volume IV, 1977 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana;

   (F)   Swimming Pool Construction Rules and Regulations, 1978 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana; and

   (G)   Indiana Energy Conservation Rules and Regulations for New Building Construction, Volume V, 1979 Edition, promulgated by the Administrative Building Council of Indiana.
