§ 150.05  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision, first through the Commissioners of Montgomery County and then through the executive committee of the Administrative Building Council of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2.
