§ 130.05 WELLS AND CISTERNS.

No person shall have, permit or maintain on any premises in the town owned by or under the control of the person any well, cistern, privy, vault, abandoned well or cistern, unless the same is securely and safely covered so as to prevent any person or animal from falling therein.
