Every applicant for a license under this chapter shall pay a license fee of $30 per week, which fee shall be non-refundable. If the applicant shall proceed to conduct his or her business in a reasonable, just and ethical manner and in accordance with the laws of the town and the state, the license shall be automatically renewed from week to week thereafter with the payment of a $30 license fee and written statement to the Clerk-Treasurer that the licensee is requesting the renewal.
