§ 94.07  POWERS OF TOWN MARSHAL.
   The Marshal shall have the other powers and duties with regard to the issuance of a license to carry a hand gun as are now or may hereafter be set out in I.C. 35-47-2-1 et seq. and is further charged to maintain his or her familiarity with this chapter of the Indiana Code.
