§ 94.06  MARSHAL’S RECOMMENDATION OF DISAPPROVAL.
   In the event the Marshal shall recommend disapproval of the application, the Marshal shall provide the Superintendent of the Indiana State Police Department and the applicant with the Marshal’s complete and specific reasons, in writing, for the recommendation of disapproval.
