(A) The business of the town shall be conducted and governed by the Town Council, elected as provided by law. The members of the Council shall receive compensation as shall be annually determined as hereinafter set out, both for the services of the Council as members thereof and for any additional services performed for the town as employees thereof.
(B) The requirement that a member of the Town Council reside in a specified district and be voted upon the residents of that district for election to the Council is hereby and forever abolished.
(C) The Town Council shall consist of 5 adult persons residing within the town.
(D) Each candidate for the position of Town Councilperson shall be voted upon by all voters of the town, all Town Councilpersons being hereafter elected at large.
