§ 92.27 CONFLICTS.

In the event that properties listed on any local, state and federal register of historic places, or otherwise specially designated for their historic value, have streetscape or sidewalk requirements that conflict with the requirements of this subchapter, then the requirements of those listings shall supersede the requirements of this subchapter
