Under the terms of I.C. 9-22-1 et seq., the following charges shall be applicable to the town, to wit:
(A) Charges to be made for the towing of an abandoned vehicle shall be equal to the amount charged to the town by the commercial towing service employed to remove the vehicle to the town storage lot.
(B) Applicable storage charges shall be $3 per day, except for trucks with a rate of capacity of 2 tons or more, the storage charges for which shall be $5 per day.
