The Indiana Abandoned Vehicle Act, being I.C. 9-22-1 et seq., as now existing and hereafter amended, is hereby adopted by reference as part of this code, which statute pertains to the definition of abandoned vehicles, together with provisions for their towing, storage and disposition.
