(A) Parking is permitted, in the parallel manner, upon the streets of the town, provided the street shall be wide enough to reasonably permit 2-way traffic while vehicles are parked thereon.
(B) If the Council shall cause a no parking or limited parking sign to be erected upon a public street, the same shall be binding upon all persons of the town and no person shall park a motor vehicle in the vicinity of or indicated areas covered by the sign.
(C) Any no parking or limited parking sign erected by anyone other than the Council or upon direction thereof shall have any binding effect.
