§ 52.03 PAYMENT AND RETURNED CHECK CHARGE.
   (A)   Payment of the fees prescribed in this chapter may be made in cash, by certified check or money order, or by single-party check.
   (B)   An additional charge of $25 shall be imposed for the return or non-payment of any check for any reason.
