Unless otherwise provided in this code, this code shall apply to all acts performed within the corporate limits of the Town of Darlington. Provisions of this code shall also apply to acts performed outside the corporate limits of the town and up to the limits provided by law, where the law confers power on the town to regulate such particular acts outside the corporate limits.
