While some ordinances or parts of ordinances contained in the Transcript of Proceedings Relating to Sewage Works Revenue Bonds, Dated June 1, 1978 (Transcript), as amended, have been incorporated in this code and some parts of the transcript have been deleted herefrom, this code shall not be construed as repealing, altering or otherwise adversely affecting the provisions contained in the transcript relating to the issuance of the sewage works revenue bonds and the integrity of the proceedings is hereby ratified and confirmed.
