Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any rule or ordinance adopted or enacted pursuant to this act shall, upon conviction or submission, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment not in excess of 30 days.
