Sec. 3. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not less than thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
