§ 91.100 WITHDRAWAL OF CAREGIVER.
   In the event that a caregiver of a colony is unable or unwilling to continue in that role, he or she shall notify the Dare County Animal Shelter in writing and shall make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement caregiver.
