§ 154.08 EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS.

(A) Any developer holding a permit issued by the petroleum division of the Department of Conservation and Development under G.S. Ch. 113, Art. 27, shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

(B) Any person or any developer constructing wells for which the aggregate pumping capacity shall not exceed 100,000 gallons per day shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
