§ 154.07 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF CERTAIN WELLS.

Any well drilled within the county for purposes other than the extraction of fresh water and which exceeds a drilled depth of 100 feet shall not be used for the extraction of fresh water until the time as the requirements of this chapter for the construction of deep water wells have been met and a permit issued therefor.
