The Dare County Board of Adjustment shall hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Dare County Airport Authority in the administration and enforcement of the regulations governing the Airport Overlay (AO) District. Any notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof shall be filed with the Dare County Board of Adjustment. The Quasi-Judicial Procedures of the Board of Adjustment set forth in Section 22-70 of the Dare County Zoning Ordinance shall apply to appeals under the Airport Overlay (AO) District. The Dare County Board of Adjustment shall furnish to the Dare County Airport Authority a copy of such notice of appeal.
