§ 150.03 TRESPASSING ON AIRPORT PROPERTY.
   (A)   Any person on any of the property under the jurisdiction of the county’s Airport Authority between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. shall be considered a trespasser, unless that person has the specific approved to be on the airport property, the approval to have been given by the airport night security officer, the Airport Manager or the Chairperson of the Airport Authority.
   (B)   Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. any person on the portions of the property subject to the control and jurisdiction of the Airport Authority within the areas designated on a map on file in the office of the Register of Deeds shall be a trespasser, except persons within any aircraft or persons who have specific permission or authorization to be within the area, such authorization to have been given by the Airport Manager or the Chairperson of the Airport Authority.
