The County Airport Authority, as established by the Board of Commissioners under the authority of Chapter 503 of the 1971 Session Laws, shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the regulations as set forth in this subchapter, and insofar as the Board of Commissioners are authorized to do they specifically authorize the Airport Authority to enact such regulations and other rules as state law may entitle them to do.
