SECTION 22-9 - ONE PRINCIPAL BUILDING PER LOT
Only one principal building and its customary accessory building may be erected on any lot, except as authorized in this chapter for Group Developments under Section 22-31 and as authorized as exemptions from the Dare County Mobile Home Park Ordinance. (11-20-75, art. 3, 3.07) (Amended 9-19-94)
