SECTION 22-5 - COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER - USE, OCCUPANCY AND CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

No building, structure or land shall be used or occupied, and no structure thereof shall be constructed, except in conformity with all of the regulations specified in this chapter for the district in which it is located. (11-20-75, art. 3, 3.02)
