§ 100.02 PROCESSION OR ASSEMBLAGE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY SHERIFF.
   A procession or assemblage licensed hereunder shall be accompanied by the Sheriff or 1 or more Sheriff’s Deputies in 1 or more Sheriff’s vehicles with blue lights flashing; additionally the vehicles in the procession or assemblage shall have headlights turned on.
