§ 99.15 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   FAMILY. Persons related by blood or marriage.

   NIGHT. That period of time each day from 1 hour after sunset until 1 hour before sunrise.

   OPEN AIR CAMPING.  Any act of sleeping at night in the open air. The term CAMPING IN THE OPEN AIR includes, but is not limited to, sleeping out of doors in a tent, sleeping bag, blanket, hammock.
