§ 153.57 APPEALS OF DECISIONS ON SUBDIVISION PLATS.

Any approval of a subdivision plat may be appealed and is subject to review by filing action in Dare County Superior Court seeking appropriate declaratory or equitable relief within 30 days from receipt of written notice of the decision. Such decision shall be made as provided in § 153.56.
