§ 151.30 ESTABLISHMENT OF FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
   A floodplain development permit shall be required in conformance with the provisions of this chapter prior to the commencement of any development activities in any AE, AO, VE, Shaded X or X Zone.
