§ 51.46 INITIAL OR MINIMUM CHARGE; WATER TO BE USED ONLY ON LOT FOR WHICH REQUIRED.

(A) The initial or minimum charge, as provided in the rate schedule, shall be made for each water meter installed, regardless of location. Each meter requires a separate meter reading sheet and each meter reading sheet shall cover a separate and individual account.

(B) Water furnished for a given lot or parcel shall be used on that lot or parcel only.
