§ 51.25 PROMISES OR AGREEMENTS NOT BINDING FOR SERVICE.
   No promise, agreement or representation of any employee of the county relative to county water service shall be binding upon the county, except as it shall have been agreed upon in writing, signed and accepted by the acknowledged representative of the county.
