§ 91.095 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subchapter is to permit and establish the requirements regarding the keeping of feral cats in order to reduce the population of feral cats, benefiting public health, improving the quality of life for residents and visitors, and ensuring the humane treatment of feral cats.
