§ 159.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any violation of regulations contained in § 159.04 or 159.05 shall be subject to the penalties as established in § 10.99 of the Dare County Code of Ordinances.

(B) A violation of any condition or requirement of a state mining permit shall be subject to enforcement by the North Carolina Division of Land Resources, Department of Environmental and Natural Resources.
