§ 30.01 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular meeting dates of the Board of Commissioners shall be the first and third Mondays of each month.
   (B)   The time for calling a meeting to order shall be 9:00 a.m. for the first meeting of the month, and 3:00 p.m. for the second meeting of the month.
