§ 100.31 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   GOLF CART. A vehicle designed and manufactured for operation on a golf course for sporting or recreational purposes and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of 20 m.p.h.
