§ 97.34  ANCHORING OR ATTACHING OBJECTS TO TREES.
   It is unlawful to fasten or attach anything to any tree located in the public right-of-way or on town property that is likely to injure the tree.  This includes fastening any wire, rope, chain or cable, or attaching any nail, staple or tack to a tree for the purposes of anchoring any other structure of object in, on or adjacent to a tree.
