§ 140.08 CANNABIS AND PEOPLE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to possess, purchase, use or deliver cannabis, except as allowed by and in compliance with the Compassionate Use Act.
