Any special licensing required in Chapters 151, 152, 153 and 154 of the Danville Code of Ordinances after the effective date of this chapter shall be provided at no additional cost to the contractor. Any fees required for testing in order to receive a License under the provisions of the Chapters listed above shall be paid by the contractor before said testing is conducted.
