§ 158.02 PROVISIONS FOR TERMINATING SPECIALSERVICE AREA NUMBER ONE.
   If at any time during the life of Special Service Area Number One in the city, a petition is presented to the City Council by at least 51% of the owners of record of the land included within the boundaries of Special Service Area Number One, seeking termination of Special Service Area Number One, then it is the intent of the City Council to be responsive to the wishes of those persons and to take all the necessary legal steps to terminate Special Service Area Number One and to wind up its affairs in an orderly manner.
