(A) The Electrical Inspector shall inspect all electrical equipment altered or installed in the city and shall require that said improvements conform to the standards and specifications applicable and adopted by this chapter.
(B) The Electrical Inspector shall have the authority to inspect all residential and all non-residential structures at any reasonable time and to order modifications to existing electrical work which in the opinion of the Electrical Inspector represent an urgent threat to public health and safety.
