(A) One awning or canopy sign may be displayed by each tenant of a building on a lot on each street or highway on which the lot has frontage in the following zoning districts: B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, I-1, or I-2. Awning and canopy signs must comply with the bulk standards for awning and canopy signs listed in Table VII-4.
(B) Any wall area selected for display of an awning or canopy sign shall not exceed and shall be subtracted from the wall area percentage allocated to wall signs permitted for a lot.
